Eddington Bio

Mr. Eddington

I dedicate my entire practice to representing individuals in personal injury and wrongful death claims. I have represented injured persons against insurance companies for more than 25 years. During these 25 years, I was a partner in my family's three-office law firm and recovered over $100 million in jury verdicts and settlements for injured victims and decedents' families, including individual jury verdicts of $44.6 million, $11 million, and $7.5 million to name a few.

My philosophy is that an injured individual should never have to pay unreasonably high legal fees to receive high quality legal representation. When you have suffered a personal injury or loss of a loved one, I will make every effort to minimize your out-of-pocket costs while working toward your settlement.

Practice Areas: Mr. Eddington has worked exclusively representing the rights of personal injury and wrongful death victims since beginning the practice of law in 1984.

Personal Injury or Wrongful Death due to:

  • Motor Vehicle Accidents
  • Aviation Accidents
  • Trucking Accidents
  • Products Liability Law
  • Boating Accidents
  • Premises Liability
  • General Negligence

I was born and raised in Texas and lived there through high school, then moved to southern California to attend college. While there, I enjoyed surfing and racing sailboats. I now enjoy mountain biking, snowboarding, skate skiing, wake surfing and most other outdoor sports.

I moved to Steamboat Springs in 1999 when my oldest son (of three) was beginning high school to allow them to experience a small town atmosphere. Coaching their soccer, basketball, and baseball teams was great fun for many years. Steamboat Springs has the laid-back lifestyle and sports activities which I love.
